WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN ON ITEMS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Returns and exchange details

We gladly accept returns on any NON-CUSTOM items.
There are no returns on custom orders.
If your item is damaged contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Contact us at to return your non-custom order and ship the item(s) back to us within: 10 days of delivery We do not cover return shipping cost and do not refund shipping.

We do not refund for packages that show delivery but you did not receive it.

Shipping policies

Our items are shipped via UPS. Once your order is completed we will send you an email + tracking number.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of 35 Totes or more. For orders under 35 totes your shipping will be calculated by weight of items. You will never pay more than $30 for shipping. 

If you need your order before the stated ship date, please contact us for rush information and/or charges

*We are not responsible for shipping delays. If you have ordered and the delivery date is close to your need by date - Please contact us first before ordering and we can let you know if on time delivery is possible. 

Please make sure yo verify your shipping address and zip code at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information. No refunds will be given if a package is sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
